On October 14, 2025 at 5:30pm, the Eugene Planning Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on a proposed land use code amendment to improve the coordination with public health regulatory partners. Review the agenda and meeting materials.

Staff are tentatively scheduled to provide an update on the Public Health Standards project to the Eugene City Council. The most updated City Council agenda, with links to meeting materials and webcasts, is available here.

On October 18, 2023, Planning Division staff provided an update to the Eugene City Council on options for public health standards for industrial development. City Council directed staff to begin working on code amendments.
