N. Adams and Clark Street Survey

The City of Eugene will be building a temporary traffic circle as a pilot project at the intersection of N. Adams St and Clark St. This is to test potential traffic safety improvements at the intersection, and to test the public process of implementing this design. The survey will be used to help city staff and their partners evaluate the success of the pilot project. If it is determined to be successful, other organizations in the region may employ similar techniques to deliver similar projects, all with the goal of improving safety.
