The Land Use chapter of the Envision Eugene Comprehensive Plan lays out the goals and policies for Eugene’s land use designations and map, urban growth boundary, and urban reserves. Together, these components help to guide allocation, utilization, and transformation of land inside Eugene’s urban growth boundary.
