Planning for Public Facilities and Services
The draft Public Facilities and Services chapter of the Envision Eugene Comprehensive Plan focuses on the public facilities and services provided by the City of Eugene and its public partners, including goals related to responsible stewardship, efficient and orderly growth, and the provision of multiple benefits to the community. This chapter will also include the Eugene Public Facilities Plan, which will replace the Public Facilities and Services Plan in the Metro Plan as Eugene’s public facilities plan.
