Construction Update - November 2024

The construction of the Downtown Riverfront Plaza is well underway and taking shape as the second phase of the build-out of the Downtown Riverfront Park. Crews have been working on site since early June mostly installing subgrade utilities. Over the last month, however, new walls, playground mounds, deck substructure and tree planters have been installed revealing the project design in three dimensions. In the coming weeks, large boulders and more tree planters will be installed on the way toward planned completion in summer 2025.
