Staff will provide an update to the City Council on the results of community engagement and research. City Council may choose to direct staff to draft an ordinance requiring HES disclosure at the time a home is listed for sale.

Regulatory Process
Staff will draft an ordinance requiring HES disclosure at the time a home is listed for sale, as directed by Council. City Council will review the draft ordinance, hold a public hearing, and possibly move to adopt the ordinance.
