2025 City of Eugene Community Survey

The 2025 Community Survey is now closed. Staff will present the results to City leadership in early Fall.

In 2022, the City of Eugene re-established the Eugene Community Survey as part of our plan to increase community input and engagement in our strategic planning and budgeting process. Following that, the Eugene City Council adopted the 2023-2026 Strategic Plan(External link) that helped us focus our priorities on the issues that mattered most to the Eugene community.

While the City is currently in the midst of tackling numerous challenges, including a General Fund budget deficit and impacts to important City programs and services, we continue to remain focused on the future – in particular, the future that our community wants for Eugene. Your feedback will be instrumental in informing the City Council’s strategic and budget priorities as the City begins to plan for the 2027-2029 biennium and beyond.

All community members are invited to participate in this survey. The survey should take about 10-15 minutes to complete and I acknowledge that this is time you may need to get through your day. I hope you will see the value in us hearing your voice and I greatly appreciate the investment of your time.

Importantly, the information you share with us will be kept confidential and no individual responses will be shared. Your participation will help us understand community member priorities and how we can serve you, and all of Eugene in the years to come. Staff will present the results to City leadership in early Fall.
